It was a loud night where there’s fireworks at the sky and neon lights around the city in San Osaka it’s the day where people celebrate inventors’ day, It was so loud everywhere until the sound has fulfill through the alleys of the city. There’s this one teenager that’s only celebrating this day on his home with his family, Not so loud like the one’s who is celebrating on the streets of San Osaka. This boy’s name is Isaac Tesla, he’s related with the old inventor Nikolas tesla. His mother is really putting her effort to this celebration because her great grand parents were the one well-known inventor also known as Nikolas Tesla. Moments later he went back to his room feeling bored about not celebrating the celebration differently fort he past 4 years. He looked longingly through the windowpane and looked down to the city streets that are still full filled with dancing robots and hovering cars as accessories for the show about the national celebration. He went back to his bed and made a thought about a new thing that he could do to make him happier than just watching people celebrating the celebration through the windowpane.

He went to his favorite working desks full of robotics figures, a 3D-printer and his beloved holographic screen PC. He searched up on the world wide website about events that is happening today, as he searched up for events he found out that there’s an illegal robot fight that has a price for the 1^st place that includes lots and lots of money near the alleys of his home most likely to be a 10-20 minute walk from his home. He knew this could be a huge advantage of him because he really likes to create robotics functioned to fight and his favorite one is made out of metal magnets that is really strong that the substance is fireproof and explosive proof that can move and collaborate with each other while they separate as a 1 unit. So he sneaked out of the house without someone noticing. He walked from his home to the alleys where the event is happening. Sound became louder, louder and LOUDER through the alleys Isaac could hear sounds of metal scratching and laughter’s’ of people. Isaac went closer, closer and closer and had a peek to the place that sound was coming from. There was a lot of people there Isaac went back and ha a thought of joining the Arena. Isaac saw a Hispanic cartel who was joining and betting, people who wear gold jewelries around Isaac had a quick rush on his head that this is a one-life opportunity so he has to join in. He went to the gate of the arena and was teased by the big-bodied bodyguards but anyways he let him in just for them to laugh. It was the time that a new challenger must come in to face with the champion. Isaac went in and said, “I would like to challenge you champion.” Everybody laughed because no one thought that he could win.” For the next 4 seconds of face-to-face stare down they proceed to the final arena, which has obstacles on it.

Isaac sat on the newb spot where it means newbie and the champion sat on his throne waiting on his victory. Isaac started his robot on the standing line and the champion too. 3 seconds later the champion’s robot charged with a really fast speed with its fire bursting flamethrower on just to get ready to demolish Isaac’s robot down in an instance, Isaac had a quick reaction so he dodged by separating all of the robot parts to different places and connected again to the other side of the arena. The champion was a bit confused about Isaac’s robot ability. Then the champion used his ultimate ability to launch an explosive shooting stars at it’s rival’s robot, every contestants who fought with the champion always lose on his final blow. As the shooting stars were launched it went straight to Isaac’s robot with unstoppable speed and the shooting stars exploded in an unexpected time. Everyone cheers for the champ, but Isaac was smiling and everyone was confused why. As the smoke was no more covering the robots the champ’s robot was the one who was destroyed. Everyone was confused there was the big screen who showed the replay, it showed that when the shooting stars exploded but it didn’t pierced through Isaac’s robot but instead the metal of the shooting star were shattered into pieces by the blades hidden under Isaac’s robot. The metal was attracted to the substance of Isaac’s robot so the metal was stick to Isaac’s robot but the explosive didn’t so it exploded in the middle of its flight. Everybody chanted “NEW CHAMP!” the expired champ greeted back Isaac. Isaac went back to his home where everyone was at the state of sleeping. He remained happy as he was never been on his entire life, winning the match and was well known as the “champ”.

The day after tomorrow a mail was sent to his email saying that there’s an international robot fighting championship, but he felt that there was something behind him. He looked back to take a look, and it was his mom. His mom looked really upset about knowing that Isaac left the house at night and came back really early in the morning Isaac pretended to not know anything as his mother showed her tablet to him of a footage she captured from the house’s CCTV that he left the house at 10 PM and went back at 3 AM. Isaac was grounded for going anywhere instead of school. Isaac confessed to his mom that he hated school because he thinks that he’s too smart for his grade and he doesn’t like learning stuff that he already knew. He went to a robotic school where they study things about creating robotics for our daily lives. His mom understood him, Isaac then remember to tell about the championship that he wanted to join. He begged for him to join! His mom had a thought for 3 straight days about it. Finally near the D-day her mom did that he could go there and just to go follow your dreams of becoming like his great-grandparent Nikolas tesla who was a brilliant inventor. Her mom was really proud about what he was becoming since she didn’t knew he started from an illegal robot fighting club.

The next 2 days they went to Los Tokyo for the championship. For the first day he already struggled to achieve his goals like upgrading his robot and fix technical difficulties. He passed through the quarter finals and semi-finals easily but for the finals he didn’t really know who is he facing. Later that day before the match an interview was going on the news, it was the son of the famous inventor on that day it was Adam Porsche his father has invented hovering cars and mostly daily life care robots. His invention has developed the evolution of the human being.  3-4 hours later the match almost began Isaac’s robot started to twitch by itself but Isaac tried to ignore it and just put a thought on his head that it’s nothing. It began twitching more and faster seems like it’s attracted to something. Isaac was really confused because his material’s substance is the only world known thing that could not be attracted by other substance. The twitching began to start more and more, at this time Isaac was really confused. He started to reboot his robot but when it was off it still twitches rapidly and he now at this state knew that his rival Adam porche has a trump material that can out power Isaac’s invention Isaac ran out of ideas and just proceed to fight with Adam’s robot.

He tried the best he could to defeat his robot for 4 straight rounds. Isaac only had the chance to beat him once. He was brainstorming really hard of what he could do to stop the robot made by Adam. He was looking through his old stuff that he created and he found a Hard disk containing files of anti-magnet force field that can be 3D-printed to a model that can be attached to Isaac’s robot. For the second game he’s robot didn’t twitch or dysfunction no more because of the upgrades he applied. He slashed the armies of Adam’s invention it was a lot of little robot units on the arena on the second game. Everyone on who watched started cheer up for Isaac for his unexpected victory. It was a win for Isaac on the 2^nd game so it became to a tie for the both of them. The 3^rd game started the next day. Isaac easily defeated small units of Adam’s creation suddenly a big stomp in the arena was heard and it was Adam’s ultimate robot creation appeared on the battlefield and started to defeat Isaac’s robot once more. Isaac struggled to get his robot back up but then suddenly he had a flashed back where at the part Isaac put a mode for self-shrinking and multiply by really small units to start to get in the robot’s core and self distruct. He did trigger the button for it and then his robot in a really fast duration turned really small and started to create sparks on Adam’s giant creation. Adam was laughing because of the small amount of damage Isaac did to his robot. Suddenly Adam’s robot started to not function and started to do stuff weird it was a weird moment there for Adam. He thought that it was a normal technical difficulty but 2 seconds later he started to lose control of the robot and the robot was starting to break into pieces because of the late affect of Isaac’s new upgraded robot ability. Adam suddenly dropped to the ground and said “what’s going on!” everyone who watched live of the fight chanted victory for Isaac. Then Adam just left the arena and went back to his lounge room feeling really upset. The commentators started saying Isaac as the champion of the worlds and gave him the trophy while everyone was clapping and some were disappointed of Adam’s lost. That event carried out for 3 days and for the last day for the official ending of the event.

People on San Osaka now know Isaac as the robot fighter and his picture was put next to the last well-known inventor, his great-grandfather. THE END.

Descriptive reflection

It was the year 2011 on the month of December. I woke up in the morning at 6am, I realised its ‘the day”. It’s the day where me and my whole huge family to go for a long holiday at the U.S, it was the best idea ever that my family chose and also it was the right time too! Its winter their and its also could be my first time seeing and touching snow.

I soon stood up from my bed and shouted, “It’s winter time!” as no one replied I knocked on everyone’s door in my house to wake everyone up. Only my brother noticed me sooner later he replied “are you out of your mind? It’s 6am in the morning, were going to the airport at 6pm! As he slammed he’s door and went back to his bed and slept. I felt kind of sad, but that excitement is still buried deep in my heart.

Sooner later we went to the airport at 5:30pm and arrived at 6pm straight. Later then I met my cousins, my aunt, my uncles and my grandparent. They were taking pictures near the carvings on the wall I greeted them and then we had a long family conversation until it’s time to board. My dad went to an airplane called china airlines.

It was a 13-hour flight. We transited in Taipei for about an hour then I went back to my plane and slept for the whole flight. It was 7pm west coast, then I woke up at the right time when the plane touched downed I packed up my things from the plane.

The next day I heard my parents discussing about going to a place called Big Bear where it’s snowing there and it could be a really fun trip. So I went to the room where they at and told them that I really wanted to go there. Sooner then I went down stairs to have breakfast with my cousins.

Moments later we got in to an escalade car that we rent for three units. We then went to an amusement park called Knot’s berry farm. I rode the ghost rider, it’s a roller-coaster where it went back to the times of the cowboys. The ride was really fun ride, It have lots up and downs obstacles, later then I rode all of the roller-coasters in the amusement park.

The next day I was really excited to go to the place that we planned that is Big Bear where it was snowing there! I was really inpatient about snowboarding. My whole family went there by a car and later enough we arrived at 8pm. We were all tired because of the long trip we had, and all we did was just to sit in a car for 5-7 hours.

We checked in, the first thing I did was wash my face and change my clothes to a thicker one. I was really bored at my room, so I went out to my cousin’s room and asked him to play with me outside. While on the way going out my 3 other cousins heard I was going out. So they came out and join us too. We went outside and start stepping on really thick snow, the snow was as high as my knee. We had really good fun for the first day at Big bear.

The next day I woke up with a strange red circle around my mouth. I was so confused that I had to look closer to the mirror. I realised it was my skin. I suddenly opened my dad’s Ipad and searched for WEBMD. It says that it was just a normal cold sore so I thought it wasn’t a big of a deal. So I proceed get prepared for today. Later then I finished preparing myself so I head outside and saw my cousin’s building fortress like their preparing for war. So I imidietlly asked my cousin “What’s going on?” and he replied that he’s going to have a snowball fight with my other cousins. So I joined in and helped them too. After we managed to create fortresses we then rushed in to our fortress and start creating huge snow balls and threw at my other cousins. It lasted around 15 minutes until we were exhausted.

Later then at 6pm we went to a Korean BBQ restaurant and celebrated my mom and dad’s anniversary. It was the best celebration that my whole family and me have celebrated, while celebrating the holiday and my mom and dad’s wedding anniversary.

Debate reflection

Today I'm gonna talk about what I've been learning throughout term 3 on English class. I learnt about debating! it's a really fun topic to learn we get to know about Pathos/Ethos/Logos. They are the arts of persuasion found by the known & famous old Greek philosophers.On the first day we're going to start this fun topic we learned about solving crimes that can result of arguments for example a murder where there's no witness. It teaches how people's perspective can result into a conclusion of an argument. On the crime scene a character uses one of the methods of persuasion to persuade the police which is known as the wife of the victim. 

Next thing we learned is the PEEL. PEEL stands for point, evidence, explanation & link. those are important things to start a debate it makes our points strong and our goals to approve the opposing team is not better. We started a practice drill about debating about Apple & Samsung. I'm in the Samsung group where i didn't really chose where i wanted to be! so its a bit kind of unfair to get grades from that time, But luckily its just a practice drill. Personally for me i don't think that my group Samsung won because we didn't really had strong points to prove the opposing team is not better.

Third, we did a graded debate about "should the world have one currency" and I personally think i didn't really put my full effort there. I regret only reading a small point and also I was too shy i forgot to read the next paragraphs i had. I was really aiming for pathos on that argument because I was talking about culture related to the currency. I really thanked my group for having such wonderful points read by my friends and they are Mario.a, Nadya and Jason! they supported me throughout this term helping me to improve and mostly supporting everyone in the class. I really want to improve my points back then and i wish i could have a time machine to travel back and fix the things that i had on that debate part which are nervous and shyness.

I really had a fun time learning this topic and i would rate it 10/10 for this topic.

Holiday 2014

It was the 4th day in Bali, I woke up in the morning it was a really sunny day. As i woke up my stomach was rumbling and I'm really hungry. I immediately ran to the dining table and I ordered a club sandwich that really tasted good and a drink of milk. As i was drinking the milk i realized its a really good opportunity to go to the Beach and have a good time. I ran to my mom's room and i told her that I want to play the Kano at the beach with my cousins. My mother agreed to my plan so, me and all of my cousins prepared after my mom announced it when they're eating breakfast.

We rode a car to a villa that is located near the beach and after all its my dad's cousin villa. Me and my cousins were really exited.. So we ran through the villa and try to find the Beach. We looked for a person who wears blue shirt and has the name of the villa. I was the one sure that the guys with the blue shirt in front of us is the guy that a companies the Kanos. I asked him for the Kano and with my lucks it is the right person that a companies the Kanos. We got 4 Kanos for me and my cousins. We went to the sea and yeah.. I'm not that good of a paddler so i stayed near the Beach as i learned how to paddle this Kano. I finally did it and successfully went forward! My cousins were really far from me so one of my cousins came to me and said "C'mon lets catch up with the others!" and I tried to paddle hard where it will go faster. I went abit more far from the Beach and I enjoyed it.

I arrived near my cousins where the big waves start. I went pass through the first wave and I paniced so hard! so i tried to turn back but in the halfway through my turn the wave crushed me and so I fell and also im really lucky i get to step on a high coral so i can keep my balance while I'm panicking. My Kano flipped over and I was struggling to get up.. Another wave came and it hit me again but this time my lucks really helped me.. The paddle of my Kano hit my neck and the rope almost suffocate me  and I dived and my cousin grabbed me with his paddle and he actually been a real hero that day for me. My cousin let me to get up on his kano so i can get to flip my Kano. So YEAH I flipped my Kano I was thromatized! and i paddled really fast to the beach.. And moments later I finally got rid of my fear going to the huge waves and I went there again and I also learned how to reverse flip the board. YEAH thats one of the activity I've done in my HOLIDAY!

Holes Pt.2

Holes Pt.2

Through out this book I’ve read until chapter 30. In this summary I will be writing about the interesting events that happened in this book from chapter 31 to the end. Throughout this book it made a lot of connections between the 3 storylines.

After part where we left, Zero ran away because of that Incident. Zero ran away with nothing. Stanley was very frustrated and very mad at everybody, especially himself. He was very angry with himself. The Warden, Mr. Sir and Mr. Pendanski were trying to erase Zero's files so that no one would suspect that a boy had ran away. But the problem is that they could not erase it, instead to hide it tight so that no one could open it.

The next morning a new kid was assigned and he’s called twitch. He likes to steal cars, as he twitches when he sees a nice one. As the water truck came Stanley snugged in and tries to drove it. He drove but suddenly he and the truck fell into a hole and Stanley left.

From there, he kept walking, and has no idea where to go. He looked back and saw that nobody was chasing him. He kept walking and walking founding food, lizards and creating mirages of his own. He then came across a boat. A boat that had is half dug into the ground. He thought it was nothing, but he just went there to see. On the boat was written writing "Mary Lou." Then he could see a tunnel going underneath the boat. To see if there was something living in this tunnel, he gave a shout, "Zero?" Then there’s an answer, it is Zero!

Both of them are really low with supplies as they thought hard when suddenly Stanley saw “the gods thumb” as they’re goal is to reach up there they were to tired especially zero as they climb with they’re full effort. Zero suddenly threw up because of the sploosh poisoning him from the inside. Stanley carries zero to the top as they were walking bugs starting to appear and it might be water source near by.

As they talk zero spoke about "clyde's shoe".. Zero told stanley that it was not him who stole the shoe but it was him. Stanley only stared at zero with nothing on his mind. Moments later they came back to camp without no-one noticing to dig one last hole. they started digging the hole and then they found a suitcase and Stanley hands it to Zero. The Warden is standing up there. Suddenly came a family of yellow spotted lizards and they crawled to Stanley and Zero's body. The Warden can't wait for Stanley and Zero to be dead. 

The Warden is confused because they hadn't died yet. The Warden then waited until tomorrow but they're still alive. Stanley's lawyer then came. Then Zero found something on the suitcase. It says "Stanley Yelnats" Zero then tells everyone that and they are surprised, especially the Warden. Zero and Stanley then got up.

Stanley's lawyers then told him that he was innocent and told him to go home but Stanley dont want to go without zero. The lawyers asked for zero files but there are no zero's files where the fact its deleted ALL. 

As they went back home they opened the treasure and also told that stanley broke the curse. They opened as gold items start to SHINE and many things that will cost alot of money.

Holes Pt.1

Chapter 1-10

Throughout this chapter it's about the introduction of the main story. It has introduced the lake that has dried a long time ago. This part of the book has told about the main character and the cause of him going to the camp green lake, he's family and his beliefs about the curse that has been going from his great great grandfather. The main character is called Stanley Yelnats, he had made some self problems in the camp such as, working too hard and dealing with hot weather. Stanley began knowing many new friends from camp green lake.   

Chapter 11-20

In this is chapter Stanley the main character became a bit lucky when digging the holes routine. He has found a fossil and went a day out. Since ever he found the fossil he's now has a code name called "caveman". In this chapter Stanley almost got a fight with his friend in camp green lake called Zig-zag, he got a fight with him because he accidentally bumped him in the canteen but Stanley tried to avoid the danger so he tried to stop the fight. In this chapter there are adults called the wardens one of the wardens are called mom.

Chapter 21-30

In this chapter it start to begin a little bit of action, there are some of flashbacks. There is a still mysterious warden that uses rattlesnake venom as the secret ingredient for her nail polish. She had made one of the sheriff injured which is Mr. Sir. In this chapter chapter it also explains about a women who has been in this case since his great-grandfather her name is Kissing Kate Barlow. She had kill many people she starts the slaughter and kiss the victim. Her first victim was a sheriff. Stanley's great-grandfather was also a victim once he was left in the middle of nowhere in the deserts where until he almost die but suddenly he found a refuge on a god's thumb. A couple of rattle snake hunters found him and helped him to a hospital. After 1 month he's been hospitalized he married a nurse from the hospital.

Conclusion: 

Throughout this whole chapter I've been reading its been a great reading. It's started going really exiting when the start of chapter 15. This book really shows how connections between each other can affect the story line.

Evaluation: 

I really encourage to read until the end of this book because its starting to get more interesting! I really hope to want to know more about Kate Barlow! Since ever when the book said that she died laughing its like a detective comic.

SAVE WATER!

Saving water is really important. Water is 70% of our body and we really need it. Most of the countries in the world are limited in water such as the continent of Africa, they can walk a mile from their houses just to get water. Singing in the shower is really a big of a deal with water wasting. I once read a book about 31 ways how to say the world, it says that by using to much water in the shower is not nice because the leftovers will be just thrown away to another place where it stores dirty water. By saving water it means a lot to the world. More people are born today and more water are need to use. 

Water is one of the most important things in our life. Without water we will die in 3 days. Water is used for many things such as, washing objects, taking a shower and many more. No water left in the world will affect not only us but other living things such as plants and animals. They need water too! And without plants and animals we wouldn't eat and even it will full of pollution and it will be hard to breath.. Tips of saving water is too, When washing dishes by hand, don’t let the water run. Fill one basin with wash water and the other with rinse water,Dishwashers typically use less water than washing dishes by hand. Now, Energy Star dishwashers save even more water and energy. Theres a lot of ways to save water so you guys better do more! THANK YOU!!
